Two bike-borne miscreants openly shot at a shopkeeper in Delhi’s Mangolpuri area. In a CCTV footage of the incident, a bike carrying two men stopped outside a shop. One of the men then walked into a shop carrying a pistol and ran out. Moments later a blood-ridden man came out of the shop.
