Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Delhi president Manoj Tiwari suggested that the solution for the increasing air pollution would be for the government to buy stubble from farmers. Speaking on the issue of air pollution in Delhi, Tiwari said, "For the solution of air pollution, Chief Ministers of nearby states should sit together and talk. The government should buy the stubble from farmers."
