The authorities in Seoul say they will respond swiftly... after five South Korean climbers were found dead Saturday on Mount Gurja in western Nepal.
They and their four Nepalese guides are believed to have been hit by a heavy snowstorm.
South Korea's foreign ministry said Sunday it will send a response team to Nepal as soon as possible to provide support.
Starting in the early hours of Sunday, they're expected to help with operations to retrieve the bodies, though weather could be an issue.
The response team will also help with funeral arrangements and other administrative support... as well as visit the victims' families.
