According to Reuters, Pharmacy chain CVS Health, won a U.S. antitrust approval for its $69 billion acquisition of health insurer Aetna, paving the way for a potential to cut U.S. healthcare costs for consumers. The companies have said they will save administrative and patient care costs when they combine.
