North Korea, China and Russia have issued a joint communique after their vice foreign ministers held three-way talks in Moscow.
The statement noted the Korean Peninsula issue was at the center of their discussions, that China and Russia expressed support for the North's negotiations with Seoul and Washington.
But it stressed the process of normalizing relations and building peace... must involve synchronized and hand-in-hand steps by the relevant parties.
The three states urged the UN Security Council to undertake a "timely review" of its sanctions against the North, highlighting that the regime has taken steps towards denuclearization.
