Former Cabinet minister Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz said it was unfortunate that Pakatan Harapan leaders had to backtrack on some good decisions due to their election manifesto. One such decision was the plan to have Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad as education minister as well. She was speaking at the "Malaysia: A New Dawn" conference in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday.
