The Supreme Court has sought details of the deal from the centre. The centre argued that it is a matter of national security adding that this is not a petition in public interest but is politically motivated. The centre has argued that there is no need for hearing in the case. Hearing is underway on the PIL filed by advocate ML Sharma in the Supreme Court right now. Sharma has stated that the papers submitted by him in the SC have the actual cost of the Rafale jets. He has added that if there is corruption that has taken place, it should be investigated.
