ఆధార్ ఫార్ములాతో సుప్రీం త్రిసభ్య ధర్మాసనం ఏకీభవించింది. డూప్లికేట్ ఆధారా కార్డు తీసుకోవడం అసాధ్యమని చెప్పింది. ఆధార్‌కు కనీస వ్యక్తిగత డేటా తీసుకుంటున్నారని పేర్కొంది.
