सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सरकारी नौकरी में एससी एसटी को प्रमोशन में रिजर्वेशन को लेकर एक बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है । सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस मामले में 2006 के नागराज पर फैसले को बरकरार रखा है । सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एससी एसटी को प्रमोशन में रिजर्वेशन को जायज ठहराया है ।
