When Hurricane Maria passed through Puerto Rico, it left many people on the island without power. One unemployed photographer decided to make a difference by handing out solar-powered lamps to these people in an effort to improve their fortunes after the storm. AccuWeather's Jonathan Petramala speaks with her about her efforts.
