Footage shows Storm Ali taking control of a crane in Dublin, Ireland, when it hit the country on September 19.

Molua Flanagán, who recorded the video on Shrewsbury Road in Ballsbridge, said that he’s been driving cranes for years and has “never seen one blowing around this extremely before”.
