A section of MPs cry foul over proposal to slash CDF budget

Pressure is mounting for President Uhuru Kenyatta to spare the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) kitty from the impending slash to the government budget.

Machakos town legislator Victor Munyaka said cutting the CDF kitty will hamper development in the constituencies.
