Piton de la Fournaise volcano on France’s Reunion island erupted a few days ago in the most spectacular way.

This clip, captured by a drone on Saturday (September 15) shows the volcano ferociously spewing lava up to 50 meters into the air.

Piton de la Fournaise is a major tourist attraction in Reunion island and is one of the most active volcanoes in the world.
