Russian tanks and motorised rifle units carried out coordinated exercises at the Zabaikalsky Krai's Tsugol firing range on Saturday, as part of the Vostok-2018 drills.

The Vostok-2018 drills are being held from 11-17 September, in the Far East of Russia. According to the Ministry of Defence, around 300,000 troops, 1,000 aircraft, 36,000 armoured vehicles and 80 vessels will take part in the biggest war games since the Soviet era.
