According to Reuters, US stocks are flat after a rough morning of trading.
By noon on Sept. 14th, the top three indexes on Wall Street were trading a bit lower due to some news from the White House.
After reports said President Donald Trump is moving forward with another round of tariffs, the Dow Jones and S&P 500 dropped about two-tenths of a percent each, while the Nasdaq Composite lost closer to three-tenths of a percent.
