This is the horrifying moment a cockroach climbs out of a woman's ear in Vietnam.

Footage captured at a clinic in Hai Duong city shows the inside of the woman's ear after Doctor Thuoc inserts an endoscope.

The critter can be seen nesting deep in the woman's ear.

According to the patient, the cockroach may have entered her ear while she was asleep.

The footage was captured on August 4.
