In an opinion piece for Politico, Rutgers professor David Greenberg says using the 25th Amendment to expel President Donald Trump from the White House just won't work. According to the Constitution, impeachment is supposed to be used only for “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” Greenberg argues that if Trump has committed such crimes, convicting him would require the votes of 17 Republican senators—which aren’t likely to be forthcoming soon.
