After incessant rains flooded roads of Rajasthan’s Dholpur, motorcyclists had no option but to use railway bridge to commute. A chain of bikers started riding on railway track one after another. “We have no other option to commute using railway tracks as the roads are flooded”, said a commuter. Several places in Rajasthan have been battered with flood-like situation due to heavy rains. Last month, Gudamalani and Dhorimanna blocks were the worst affected after rain damaged a Narmada canal on July 21 and gushing water submerged dozens of villages.
