Robert Redford has said he will be retiring from acting after the release of The Old Man & The Gun which debuts this week at the 2018 Toronto International Film Festival. The film, directed by David Lowery is based on a true story. UpRoxx reports that Redford plays Forrest Turner, a man who has loved robbing banks his whole life. Along the way, he meets Jewel played by Sissy Spacek, and police detective John Hunt played by Casey Affleck.
