Sofia Sanchez, the 11-year-old in Chicago recently visited by Drake in her hospital room, shared a new emotional video this week of the moment she learned she was getting a heart transplant. Sanchez underwent a successful surgery on Monday. TODAY’s Carson Daly reports from the Orange Room.
