A pavement vigilante filmed himself confronting dozens of moped riders travelling on the walkway. The expatriate, who asked to remain anonymous, had been living in Bali, Indonesia, for eight years but became increasingly annoyed with the traffic offenders. He decided to stop them and confront them with their violations. Riding on the pavement is banned in the country. The vigilante tells them in the video: ''Hello, I'm a pedestrian. I think I have the right to be safe on the pavement.'' The vigilante said the pavement hoggers are holidaymakers who rent bikes, expats and locals who ride on the pavements. He added: ''People ride on the sidewalk all day long, every day. Why can't we be safe on the sidewalk, I've had a lot of threats after I filmed these people.''
