According to CNN, Zimbabwe has inaugurated President Emmerson Mnangagwa for the second time in nine months. It comes after his contested win in the July 30 presidential election after which Main opposition leader Nelson Chamisa contested the loss in court, describing the election as "fraudulent and illegal." A judge then dismissed the case this past Friday and upheld Mnangagwa's victory.
