Ingredients:-
1/2 kg Paneer
4 green chilles, chopped
A fistful of raisins
1 cup Coriander leaves
Cumin seed powder (Optional)
1/2 tbsp Ginger paste
Lemon juice
Potato, Boiled
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Rajgira flour
Method:-
Crumble the paneer pieces, add green chillies, raisins, coriander leaves, cumin seed powder, ginger paste, lemon juice, potato, salt, mash them and mix them together.
Heat oil in a pan, make cutlets of the above mixture, coat the cutlet with flour and fry them on medium flame.
Flip the cutlet, once its crisp on one side.
