Ingredients:-
For Premix
1 tbsp Cashew powder
2 tbsp Melon seeds powder
3 tbsp Milk powder
1 ½ tsp Roasted Maida
1 ½ tbsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Garam Masala
¼ tsp Cardamom powder
For tempering;
1 tsp Oil
2 Cardamoms
4 Black peppercorns
For Korma
2 cup Milk
Premix
2 tsp Oil
300 gms Mix Vegetables, boiled
Pealed Pineapple slices
Cashew nuts, fried
Method:-
For Premix
In a bowl add cashew powder, melon seeds powder, milk powder, roasted maida, onion powder, garlic powder, sugar, salt, mix well.
Add garam masala, cardamom powder, mix well.
Add the tempering, and mix it well.
Our Premix is ready.
For Tempering:
Heat oil in a vessel, add cardamoms, black peppercorns and once it starts leaving aroma switch off the gas and let it cool down.
For Korma
Add milk to the premix, mix well and make a lump-free paste.
Heat oil in a vessel add premix, boiled vegetables, pineapple slices and fried cashew. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
