Preheat the oven @180°C
Ingredients:
½ cup Warm Milk
½ tbsp Sugar
1 ½ tsp Dry Yeast
1 cup Wheat Flour
Salt to taste
Chilli Flakes
Oil
Garlic, grated
Cheese, slices
1 tbsp Butter+Coriander
Oregano+Garlic powder
Method of preparation:
In a bowl of milk add sugar, mix until the sugar dissolves and then add dry yeast. Keep it aside to rest.
In a bowl sift the wheat flour, salt, add wheat mixture, stir well and knead it into a dough.
Add chilli flakes, garlic, oil, knead well, cover it and keep it aside t rest.
Spread some flour on the counter and knead the dough on it.
Form the dough into round shape and then roll it out.
Add cheese and fold the dough.
Pick up the dough, and place it upside down on the baking tray.
Cover it with a cloth and keep it aside to rest.
In a cup of coriander add butter and microwave it.
Brush the dough with the butter mixture and sprinkle oregano and garlic powder.
Make gashes on the dough and bake it in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
