A giant political figure, whose contribution to the country is unforgettable, has left us. Atal Bihari Vajpayee, a monumental personality passed away this evening at AIIMS at the age of 93 years, New Delhi. Vajpayee had an illustrious political career until he left politics after he had a heart attack in 2009. Mr Vajpayee's mortal remains have been kept at the BJP headquarters for now, his remains will be open to public viewing tomorrow, till 4 pm after which his last rites will be performed. With full state honours, BJP has declared a 7 days mourning in honour of this great leaders' demise. The country mourns his absence.
