Italian Red Cross emergency workers dug through the rubble of the collapsed Morandi bridge in Genoa, Italy, on August 14, saying 11 people had been rescued alive by 7 pm local time.

This video shows Red Cross rescuers working with Italy’s Vigili del Fuoco on the wreckage of the bridge.
