Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has attacked the Pro-Khalistan elements for the 'referendum 2020 movement and dismissed it calling an ISI-backed movement. He called the August 12 rally in London, an attempt by these fringe ISI-backed elements to provoke trouble in the country. The Punjab CM also added that he is not at all bothered about these anti-India elements and the rally. Earlier the ministry of external affairs made an appeal to the UK to look at this separatist activity with a larger perspective.
