A hit-and-run driver slammed into a Nevada Highway Patrol car on Monday, August 6, barely missing a trooper who was about to get out.
This footage shows a vehicle hitting the open door of the patrol car. The car was parked on the shoulder of US 95 northbound at the Summerlin Parkway on-ramp.
The Nevada Highway Patrol Southern Command said that the “motorist disregarded the Nevada Move Over Law and struck a NHP vehicle.”
