A group exhibition called 'Soul's Face' at the Shone-Show Gallery in Beijing's 798 Art District showcased the works of five young artists. Deng Kun, Hu Jue, Lv Xu, Shu Xinghua and Wu Yaodong.

Every artist has his or her own understanding of life, society, and the world. Viewing their artworks is perhaps the closest possible look at their inner world. Deng Kun's for instance, is the 'Spot' series, is an introspection in to himself.
