The Holy Fire broke out in Orange County's Cleveland National Forest on August 6, sparking mass evacuations as it blazed dangerously close to residences. This video, filmed by Joi Cantu at around 5:30, shows the scene from her backyard in Corona. According to local media, the Holy Fire broke out in the afternoon and grew into a blaze seven times its size within an hour. Evacuation orders were issued for residents in the areas of Corona, Lake Elsinore and Temescal Valley, as well as surrounding neighborhoods. Hikers in Cleveland National Forest were asked to leave, and two people hiking near a canyon had to be rescued by fire crews. At least 600 personnel were fighting the fire. The cause of the blaze was not known at the time of writing.
