A confidential United Nations report reportedly says that North Korea has not stopped its nuclear and missile programs and that it's working around international sanctions.
According to Reuters, the report claims that North Korea has continued to develop its nuclear and missile programs this year by massively increasing illicit ship-to-ship transfers of coal and petroleum.
It also says Pyongyang is cooperating militarily with Syria, as well as trying to sell small arms and light weapons to Yemen and Libya.
The document claimed that North Korea's recent activities have made financial sanctions ineffective.
The report was submitted on Friday by a UN panel of experts who hand over their findings on North Korea every six months to the Security Council's North Korea sanctions committee.
