Portland police officers in riot gear marched on and threw flash bangs at protesters and attendees of the “Gibson for Senate Freedom March,” a Patriot Prayer event on August 4.

Portland Police said those with the appropriate licenses would be allowed to carry handguns but that rifles or other “long-guns” were prohibited.
