Home Minister Rajnath Singh responds. He says the members were received as per the protocol and they were informed about Section 144. He says the delegation members' 'unruly behaviour' even caused disruption to passengers in the airport. The delegation wanted to go despite the police personnel requesting them not to go. The members were detained and subsequently sent back to Kolkata and Delhi the same day, Mr. Singh says.
