South Korea's consumer prices rise 1.5% in July

South Korea's consumer prices have risen by more than one percent for a tenth straight month.
Statistic Korea says the consumer price index in July rose one-point-five percent on-year on the back of higher global oil prices and agricultural products.
The price of petroleum goods rose more than 12 percent, driving up overall consumer prices by half a percent.
Agricultural goods prices went up four-point-two percent on the back of higher red pepper and rice prices.
Core inflation that excludes energy and food prices rose one percent.
