The release of Assam NRC draft has sparked a heated debate with the TMC chief Mamata Banerjee lashing out at the centre for leaving out 40 lakh citizens. The Home Minister on the other hand asked the opposition to not politicise the issue pointing out that everyone will get a fair chance to claim citizenship.
