Continuing with its unique culinary collaborations, the often wicked mastermind JAPAN and its brainchild mastermind RAMEN will once again team with HIDE-CHAN Ramen in Hong Kong to create a special dish for a very limited time. Hideto Kawahara and his fellow chefs behind the longstanding eatery have created a dish of tsuke-men or "dipping noodles" that are intended to be soaked in an accompanying bowl of soup. In addition to the very tasty, exclusive meal, the soup will actually be served in mastermind's infamous skull bowl.
