Minneapolis police have released bodycam footage of one of their officers shooting Thurman Belvins dead on June 23. Officers were responding to a 911 call that a male was shooting a handgun in a residential area.In the video Belvins is being chased by two police officers, he shouts he hasn't done anything and 'please don't shoot me' before being shot dead from behind.
