Bobbi Kristina Brown. Brown will receive the proclamation from Mayor Bill Edwards in Atlanta. The shelter will offer a 24-hour crisis intervention line and services to aid domestic violence victims. Brown's daughter died in 2015 after she was found unresponsive in a bathtub. Her mother, Whitney Houston, also died in a similar fashion in 2012. Brown is hoping to have the building erected as soon as possible.
