A Seoul court has issued arrest warrants for two accomplicies in the so-called "Druking" case -- the first arrests other than the main suspect.
Identified only by their surnames, Kim and Kang,.... the accomplices are alleged to have operated the computer systems that rigged online comments..... to sway public opinion in favor of the now-ruling party,... in the run up to last year's presidential election.
They are also charged with destroying evidence when the police began their probe in March.
The court said,.... it issued the warrants on the grounds that the accomplices are a flight risk,... and that they may destroy further evidence.
