3/4 ounce scotch
1 ounce Cocchi Barolo Chinato: http://www.cocchi.it/eng/barolo_chinato.htm
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1 dash Bitter Truth Grapefruit Bitters: http://the-bitter-truth.com/bitter/grapefruit-bitters/
Instructions:
Measure scotch, cocci, and grapefruit juice into a cocktail mixing glass.
Add bitters.
Fill with ice, cap and shake vigorously.
Strain over fresh ice into an Old Fashioned glass.
Garnish with grapefruit peel.
