Ingredients:-
For Premix
1 tbsp Cashew powder
1 tbsp Sesame powder
3 tbsp Milk powder
1 tsp Roasted Maida
1 1/2 tbsp Onion powder
1 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp kasoori methi
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1 1/2 tsp Punjabi Garam Masala
Green edible Color (Optional)
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cup Water
For Tempering:
1 tsp Oil
1 bay leaf
1 Big Cardamom
1 inch Cinnamon stick
4 Black peppercorns
Black cumin seeds
For Palak Puree
2 Bunch of Spinach
For Palak Paneer
1 tsp Oil
200 grams Paneer, cubed
2 tbsp Tomato puree
Premix
Method:-
In a bowl add cashew powder, sesame powder, milk powder, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, mix well.
Add kasoori methi, white pepper powder, Punjabi garam masala, green color, salt and mix well.
Add the tempering to this mixture and mix well.
Add water and mix well.
Tempering:
Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon stick, black peppercorns, black cumin seeds.
For Palak Paneer
Heat oil in a vessel, saute the paneer and take it out on a plate.
In the same pan add tomato puree, premix, spinach puree and mix well.
Add paneer and let it boil for 2 minutes.
