Good morning. People in Gyeongsangbuk-do Province had an extreme day yesterday in terms of weather, Gyeongju hit 39 degrees, Daegu also saw record breaking summer temperatures, having a hard time breathing in the scorching heat there.
I am afraid to report that Gyeongsangbuk-do Province will pretty much have a repeat of yesterday's weather, in fact, the intense heat wave seems unavoidable no matter what you do.
Strong UV rays, ozone levels will make everyone feel stressed starting early in the morning.
What's more, warm overnight lows are harsh on us, most regions woke up to a low of 25 to 27 degrees but it already feels like over 30 degrees in most parts.
Mostly sunny skies with high humidity are in store with an expected high of 34 degrees in Seoul, Daegu and Gyeongju getting up to 38 degrees.
I'm sad to say there's no relief from the heat in sight, sizzling summer heat will continue for the time being.
That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.
