This adorable video shows the moment firefighters rushed to save a puppy trapped on top of a roof.

The rescuers used a cherry picker to rescue the tiny pooch, which appears to be some kind of spaniel.

A crowd gathered in Plymouth, Devon, to watch as the emergency responders went up to the dog that was perched perilously close to the edge of the roof.
