Federal prosecutors have 12 audio recordings from attorney Michael Cohen. These recordings were seized by the FBI during searches of Cohen’s home, office and hotel room. The items could not be released previously because of attorney-client privilege. But according to CNN, the parties involved in the case have withdrawn their privilege. One party who waived their privilege was Donald Trump’s attorneys on his behalf.
