Terrifying moment catastrophic tornado destroys courthouse in Iowa

A state of emergency has been declared after a tornado touched down and devastated Marshalltown, Iowa. Damage has been reported to buildings across the town, including the courthouse. Several people were taken to the hospital with injuries.
