Ingredients:
For Colour
Water
10 Spinach Leaves
For date paste:
2 cup Dates, soaked & deseeded
Water
For Nut base:
1/3 cup Almonds, soaked
1/3 cup Pistachio, soaked
1/3 cup Cashews, soaked
Spinach, boiled
3 cups Water
For Icecream base
3 drops Vanilla Extract
Nut base
For Icecream
1/4 cup Pistachio, chopped
Method of preparation:
For Colour
In a bowl of boiling water add spinach leaves, chop of the center line if you choose big leaves.
After 5 minutes remove the leaves and shift it into cold water.
And our ingredient for natural colour is ready.
For date paste:
In a mixer jar add dates, water, and grind it into a smooth paste.
Transfer the paste into a bowl.
For Nut base:
In a mixer jar add almonds, pistachio, cashews, spinach, water and grind them together.
Sieve the nut base with the help of thickest sieve available.
For Icecream base
In a bowl containing Nut base mixture, add vanilla extract and give it a good mix.
Our Icecream base is ready, now refrigerate it for 4 hours.
Make sure that you cover the top.
For Icecream
Roast some pistachios for around a minute.
Take out the ice cream base from the refrigerator and give it a churn.
Pour the ice cream base into a bowl, add the roasted pistachios in the ice cream and put the ice cream back in the refrigerator again.
Our Vegan Pista Icecream is ready.
