Receiving the Acknowledgement Award at the UN in New York was a great honour. Speaking on behalf of my industry, I was able to address UN Delegates and the media. The representation of my country is something I feel strongly about and I was pleased to be able to share my views at such a distinguished gathering. We are not as we are portrayed in Western media "...if not a positive picture of my country can we at least have a fairer one". Let’s hope that with small steps like PFF we can start making a difference.
