This was moment rescuers - and the rescued - had been praying for. The lost soccer team and their coach were found alive after being trapped in a 10 kilometer flooded cave complex in northern Thailand. The 12 boys, aged between 11 and 16, went missing with their 25-year-old coach on June 23. Their belongings left at the entrance and handprints on the walls were the only hints of where they might be. The nine-day search was hindered by heavy rains flooding the caves and blocking the way out. They were finally found - hungry, tired, but relieved - in an elevated chamber that divers assumed they would have taken refuge in. As rescuers strategized on how to get them out, medical teams were sent with food to assess the health of the boys and their coach. (Video: VCG)
