Netflix Makes it Easier to Download Shows on Android Phones Netflix is rolling out a new feature called 'Smart Downloads'. The app automatically lets users download the next episode after they are done watching a downloaded show. The feature rolls out to Android today and will reach iOS users later this year. 'Smart Downloads' will likely be popular for people who frequently watch TV shows during commutes. The feature also lets you keep track of how many episodes you like to save in your queue For example, after you finish watching two downloaded episodes, it will delete them and download the next two. Since the app constantly replaces episodes when you are done with them, it doesn’t take up any extra storage.
